Varvara Fisher
For years, I chased a rush through exercise: pushing my body hard and ignoring what it truly needed. After university, my health unraveled: constant gut discomfort, fatigue, and eventually the loss of my menstrual cycle. This was my wake-up call, my body was out of balance and demanding change.
That turning point led me to slow down, listen, and begin healing. I pursued studies in psychology (BSc, Clinical Psychology), became a certified yoga teacher (300hr YTT), a Lagree and Spirit instructor, and an INN-certified health coach and nutrition specialist. Through my own struggles and education, I discovered the transformative power of integrating movement, nourishment, and mindfulness. My approach is rooted in science and shaped by lived experience: helping others find balance, vitality, and self-awareness.
Today, I guide people to build a sustainable rhythm with their bodies, reconnect deeply with themselves, and live in true Simbiosis: inside and out.
